Ok, I really am not sure what I am going to put on this blog about my weight loss journey. I really don't think anyone will read this, it is more for me and my thoughts. I guess I will log what I eat, I've never been able to do this for more than a week or so. I'm just impressed I have kept it up with my son's eating.
Breakfast: 2 c coffee with creamer, toasted English Muffin with grape jelly and peanut butter.
I am going to try to get out and walk after the Dishnetwork guy leaves.
My plan is to make healthy choices, watch the sugar and white carbs. I want my kids to think that whole wheat is normal. I will also really watch portion sizes. I think that's what gets a lot of us. I think we can eat healthy food but if we eat too much of it it's still adding calories. I also need to make it all about the veggies and fruits. I know I don't get enough of those. I will eat when I am hungry and stop when I am almost full, when I am satisfied.
Lunch: Mexican Casserole.
I didn't get a workout in. By the time the dish guy left I didn't have time to fit in a workout and shower.
It looks like I have two short sleeve tops that fit and look good. I have a couple that fit but that are tight and show all my fat rolls.
On Wednesday's we have dinner at my parents house with the family, it's my downfall.
Dinner: Pork tenderloin, 2 servings of yummy risotto w/ veggies & goat cheese (didn't even think when going for that second helping, it was so good), 2 rolls (I couldn't leave that last one all alone) and a brownie with ice cream, and 2 glasses of white wine.
I did real good on drinking water 64 oz!
It's late, off to bed.
