We were out late last night. After getting Matthew fed we went back to sleep.
Breakfast: Kashi Crisp cereal, 3 cups coffee.
I tend to put me at the bottom of my priority list. First these days comes Matthew, then my husband and keeping the house going (cleaning, laundry). Then me. I already feel guilty taking Matthew out on walks because I'm not playing with him.
I decided to put a workout before vacuuming, which means I worked out on a fury carpet.
Shred Workout!
Matthew got fussy with about 5 min. left to go. Let's hope I get the carpet vacuumed today, it looks like the dog rolled all over the floor, wait a minute, he did.
Lunch: Salad, Mexican Casserole
Ate the salad first so that I got in the veggies.
I got the house vacuumed!
Snack: cottage cheese with peaches.
Should you have a snack because they say you should, even if your not hungry?
Run (2 min. run, 1 min. walk) 23 min.
Dinner: Chicken stir fry and noodles. skim milk
