I just had a beautiful baby boy. Nothing is better than being a wife and mom. When I got pregnant I was over weight. Now after having Matthew I am even more over weight. I have about 50 pounds to lose. I have never been successful at this weight loss thing before. I feel very lost on how to do this or where to start, I also lack confidence, but here I go. I am trying to find time to workout without feeling bad about taking time away from Matthew and running a home.
OK, so my weight this morning was 160, my goal is to get to a healthy weight, I am going with 110 but I don't want that skin and bones look so if that is too low I will stop.
