Tuesday May 4

Day 2 of the Special K Diet. I love cereal!!

Breakfast: Special K cereal, 4 cups coffee.

45 minute walk

Snack: banana

Shred

Snack: Special K crackers (90 cal)

Lunch: Special K Protein Shake

Snack: Special K protein snack bar, SB Mocha Latte

Dinner: Chicken, broccoli & rice casserole, steamed cauliflower, wheat bread.
