Today is my mom's birthday!
I am going to try the Special K diet that says you can lose an inch in 2 weeks. I weighed 158.5 pounds this morning.
Breakfast: small bowl of Special K with strawberries, 3 cups coffee.
Lunch: Special K protein bar.
Snack: banana
Dinner: Beer battered fish, mac-n-cheese (too much), big salad, wine
I know the best way to drop the weight and keep it off is changing your lifestyle/habits. I just wish it would go faster or that I could drop it fast and then do the healthy eating habits. Slow and steady wins the race is a pain when you are starting out. I have all the head knowledge, it's just so hard to do it and break your old habits. I need to learn to think when I eat. I so often eat without out thinking, or I eat more than I should and don't even realize I am doing it.
